About Us

We are an Accountancy practice based in the heart of Tring, servicing hundreds of clients across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and much further afield.

AngloDutch Accountants was formed in 1989, and later, because of continued growth, became AngloDutch Limited. Aptly named by founder by Marian van der Heijde FCCA, a Dutch national whom immigrated to London in her late teens.

In 2014 Ross joined the practice with vision to join Marian and grow and build on the strong foundations that were already in place. Since then we have worked hard to ensure that as well as growing the client base, those existing clients are provided with a more efficient, but equally as personal service from us.

The Team

Ross Bugden, ACCA

Ross is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the ACCA and has worked within Accountancy for 9 years. He is a keen sportsman, and outside of the office you’ll normally find him at a rugby club with a pint in hand, or watching his 3 daughters playing netball, doing ballet or swimming.

Callum Smith

Callum joined AngloDutch in December 2017 as an apprentice bookkeeper and now carries out bookkeeping and payroll for a number of clients. Outside of the office, when he’s not studying for his AAT qualifications he enjoys socialising and going out with his friends.

KELLY OGLE

Kelly has joined recently joined the practice as a bookkeeper since moving to the area recently. Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with her partner and two young boys. She also enjoys socialising with her friends, which tends to involve a prosecco or two.

Anji Denton

Anji has been part of the team almost since the formation of the business so know it inside out. She shares the role of Office Assistant with Zoe, and will likely be the first point of contact at the Practice. In her spare time Anji enjoys baking cakes and flower arranging, along with spending time with her two children and 4 grandchildren.

Zoe Perera

As mentioned before, Zoe shares the role of Office Assistant with Anji, and so will answer all your queries from Wednesday to Friday. The rest of her week is spent working for Virgin Airlines. She loves the challenge of a Sudoku.… when on a sun bed with a cocktail on holiday.

There are also two other members of the team who work as contractors to the business on an ad-hoc basis and these are Yvonne Thomas and Madeleine Giddens.
